The customer was the best I have encountered in a very long long time. It was so good I have decided this is now my go to mechanics. I felt like it was very personal and that made me feel very comfortable. When I returned the next morning to get the hose key I left on the key ring I was greeted with " Good Morning Lance" it was just really nice to be remembered by name, it made a real personal connection that makes you feel like your in good hands and will be taken care of not advantage of. Top marks Tom's Auto's Masterton, well done!!!
